They really were not watching their crossfire on that last shooting. Aome officers firing at the suspect with the civilian in the (amazon?) Van, and aome officers firing at the suspect with other officers right behind him. Lucky no one else got serious hurt or killed.

At about 17:10 it looks like a cop to the left of the truck was mag-dumping at the vehicle but there were other cops on the opposite side of the vehicle directly in the line of his fire. There's a different angle depicted at 24:00.
