That cop is a double dipper. He is paid by the city to police and working for the security company. He is paid from funds paid by security company to police. Some cops in Alabama were doing this. They were sitting at home while on cop duty for the city, so they could rest up for their security job, made hundreds of thousands in overtime too. It took a tv channel to follow them around and spill the beans.
