  1. Keep in mind! he was allowed to resign and "NOT FIRED" He now can apply to another city and become a Law Enforcement Officer.

  2. To apologize is tantamount to a confession, and the cops know it. You will never hear a cop admit to anything or take responsibility for their behaviour. Even within their family. I know, I was raised in a LEO environment and it sucked.

  3. Unpaid leave. What’s that mean, I think this is the first time I’ve heard that before

  4. The certification for both of these police officers should be taken away so that they can never be police officers again. The police union will just find the cop another job in another department.

  5. And you complain about Russia China. Look in your own backyard . What a hippocritical nation.
Look at your own human rights abuses.

  6. I am going to echo what others have said, I find it sad that Officer Kegel gets to 'resign' and apply to other police departments. We've seen cops move one county over after their 'forced resignation'. But I do like the public facing message about the need for training.

  7. What a shame. He's a moron. Why was he allowed to resign. How about charging them with assault. Nobody's going to ever suggest that most PD's are learning organization. They think in the short term about potential lawsuits without co sidering the message they're se ding to the membership that bad behavior will be defended which results in victimization of more citizens.

  8. So he resigned to be hired at another police department? They need to revoke his Certification and be charged for Assault and be thrown in prison for some time.

  9. Trouble is, they let the bastard quit so that he can go work somewhere else and beat up more citizens in another jurisdiction… Provided he isn’t criminally prosecuted.

  10. 😅🤣😂 terminated 😂🤣😅🇺🇸😂🤣😅🇺🇸😂🤣😅🇺🇸😂🤣😅🇺🇸😂🤣😅🇺🇸

  11. Hey District Attorney! It's called Deprivation of Rights and is covered under US title 18 section 242 since you didn't learn it in law school . Hope that helps out .

  12. Well, the system works.

Every now and again. I mean except for the lack of criminal charges on the cops and for the lack of the criminal charges against the DA for not charging the cops and the lack of disbarment for the DA who somehow can only see a criminal offense on the part of the officers if his arm is twisted and his face shoved into mess they made and the massive destruction they created in public trust.

But I mean, aside from that, things are humming right along.

  13. With all the video's, News Storys and Lawsuits of cops, assaulting Citizen legally filming and video tapeing cops, and accident scenes, there should not be ANY cops in this country that doesn't KNOW the law of videoing by private citizens. To use a now famous Cop phrase In This Day and Age, they have NO Right to claim THEY DIDN'T KNOW, and should be held accountable as ANY average citizen breaking the law.

  14. We need to form an EMERGENCY PRO-BONO COURT SYSTEM & PROSOCUTE EVERYBODY that works for the CORPERATIONS that think have Governmental powers to steal the products of our labors for violating U S C 18 ss 242 it's the rico act & in pro-bono Court there are no fines or imprisonment for stolen money SO A GILTIY VERDICT MEANS THE DEATH PENALTY !

  15. They won’t admit they are wrong because they actually believe they aren’t wrong.

  16. the officer was allowed to resign and prevent any punitive measures against him, meaning any future agency could hire him without being able to discriminate against that former event because there was no punitive measures applied… this is how bad cops escape accountability and end up at the next town over… the department should arrest him, not punt to the district attorney… this is why bad cops exist and thrive, they get to leave and start over never punished unless YOU can afford an attorney…

  17. I as a retired officer don't believe it's mistakes but it's much more than that. We give them a badge and a gun and then it becomes more of a problem, their thinking becomes screwed up and they think they're better than what they are. They think more highly of themselves then they should. They created a great decree of separation and their attitude is us as law enforcement against them as citizens. That's the training they receive.💯
