Here it is. I followed threw with what I said in my video “Laurashark vs LAPD Sgt Clark”
I did a lot of editing for time, the whole process took almost 2 hours- waiting, waiting,checking, filling out, more waiting and a change of Sergeants to handle the complaint, so more waiting-ANYWAY it’s done- and will follow up with an update if anything comes of it……

  4. No offense guys but filing a complaint with cops is a fool's errand Write to ACLU and/or the media Cops hate to see their names in print or have to answer to the ACLU as do their bosses Either way their goose is cooked

    Having those would keep you from having to back away from any scene !.

  12. At the point ,04:50ish, when you had all the info you needed. You should of left, and filed your complaint with the Internal Affairs department… And not filed it with a dumbass Cop with a trash can.

  13. Their complaint process sounds like dealing with filing a claim with FEMA or Veterans affairs, its one mistake after another & their people don’t get held accountable for this kind of thing at any level you deal with that’s for sure!

  18. Now most of the complaint do not follow up with the complaint. So they say. Follow up with this complaint and video the entirety until final decision is made. That's what the public would like to see. The department will not make it easy, they may not even notify you of any hearing. So you must do your best to stay informed of your complaint. Good luck and if it's a bad cop you should lose a strike or two.

  20. Cop — "Can I help you ma'am?"
    LS — "Yes, I'd like to file a complaint."
    Cop — "A what?"

    They act like complaints are something they never, and shouldn't ever get.
    They truly believe they are beyond reproach.

  21. Other than making you wait far too long, I thought they were very polite and far more helpful than I've seen other people experience. I'm surprised the officer who took your complaint didn't give you more of an issue about not wanting to ID yourself. Great job sticking to your guns. We would have a lot less problems with cops if more people stood up for themselves. You do the work that people who live in "stop and ID" states can't. Your work is appreciated.

  24. It's great to see the police dealing with these clowns effectively. Waste their time … put them through the ringer. Make it so frustrating, they just go away. The losers "filing complaints" are doing so just to clog up the system, waste cops time. Turn the tables, make their lives miserable.
