Unlawfully DETAINED- 5th assertion to tyrants questions! Second amendment violation palm coast

City of palm coast posts signs with large no firearm and small font details. Security guards and cops enforce this signage at all times and not only when the council meetings are in place.

Alleged cop caller – summoned deputies for no reason.

  1. Yet again.. "I'm trying to ax him a question" when did ebonics become ok to use in a professional capacity.

  2. Police, their intent is to act ignorant to the law so they can claim acting in good faith and keep their immunity its simply a tactic for the smarter ones I believe

  3. It isn't the government it is people in the government that think they are the government alone and they are wrong all we the people are the government.

  4. Ok James my question is why u carrying a gun to start with?what u scared of?if its that bad thr move!be safe my friend! Peace out!

  5. The guard was rude, arrogant and unaware of the law. If that’s not a tip-off that he’s an ex-cop, I don’t know what is.

  6. Excellent job in pointing out the very specific and misleading wording of that sign. Most people would simply see the illustration and think it isn’t allowed.

  7. I LOVE YOU JAMES! BTW I’m just an older lady that loves what you do and how you do it! Great job and thank you for speaking for “the people”! Much respect 👏🏼

  8. Law enforcement has become the militant branch of government that protects and safeguards government interests. Cops are the attack dogs that only follow orders. Once a government official requests protection, the attack dogs are sent out to remove civilians from government premises. Whether legally or illegally, it doesn't matter. Cops are trained to follow orders and be attack dogs. Civil rights are irrelevant and not part of their training.

  9. IMO> I often scratch my head when I see or hear how those who's job it is to enforce Laws, Rules, or Policies don't understand the importance of learning them? Because of it many citizen's are forced to face law enforcement and their weapons because of twisted understandings of what is, not only allowed, but legal for them to be doing? Resulting in Cops who come, called for no reason other than someone confused, called them. Shown through your video, those that come twist the law and it causes them to see a legal activity, as a crime for detention requiring someone to ID!

  10. cops that don't know the law is like a surgeon that doesn't know surgery or a mechanic that has no knowledge of cars, it's a contradiction and an insult to our intelligence.
if we don't demand reform they will make it illegal to do so.
