Can a psychopath formulate Reasonable Articulable Suspicion or do they fail to satisfy the definition of Reasonable (having sound judgment; fair and sensible)?

  13. Shining a flashlight is not a 1st amendment violation. Shining a like on people moving around behind the officer to ensure the officer’a safety is exactly correct. Removing moron interfering with the officer 100% correct and beautifully poetic.

The LEO’s will continue to violate both their department policies and constitutional rights until the citizens tell them to stop by reducing their budgets and getting rid of the bad apple LEO’s who choose to ignore policies and law. LEO’s at all levels have demonstrated very clearly that they are unwilling to effectively police themselves. File the lawsuit. Removing the cops’ qualified immunity in court and collecting monetary judgements and settlements will be a good first step towards meaningful reform instead of the usual practice of explicitly and implicitly doing nothing. Realistically, there will be rotten apples in any organization, but making it abundantly clear that they will not be tolerated needs to be put in place and used.

  23. Hey James, I need a lawyer for a police brutality case in this same county. Double tased while passed out in my truck. By double tased, I mean hit from both sides of my truck at the same time while not armed and not a threat. Yes I have the video, yes the community can use the video, no, I can’t afford the lawyer, yes, Brazoria County needs to be held accountable and I can help.

  24. Always thank a photographer! Cameras prevents and solves crime. 911 is for life and death emergencies. Police resources should not be wasted with calls about photographers in public. The police should encourage everyone to thank photographers.

  29. Cop arrest some one, and he is a tyrant. Cop runs over few people on the street and he is a hero. Go figure those people….. you are just bunch of confused fockers…..🤣🤣🤣

  32. Extra Good Citizen (EGC): gets out to record. Walks up and stays more than 30 feet away. More than sufficient to not be interfering.

    Woman suspect: says something to EGC

    EGC: responds "yes ma'am." (Still not interfering)

    Cop: while walking up to woman suspect….shines light at camera violating first amendment right to record.

    EGC: responds to what woman suspect says by saying, "that's okay." Then says to officer, "get that light out of my eyes right now." (Probably because 1) it violates the 1st Amendment and 2) probably causing pain to his eyes)

    EGC: "Officer, get it out of my eyes." "You're violating my first amendment at this time." "Get that light out of my eyes now."

    Woman suspect: says something inaudible

    EGC: "Get the light out of my eyes now…Get the light out of my eyes….what's your name and badge number?"

    Nothing happens for seconds after that.

    EGC moves to left (Still 30+ feet away)

    Cop: looks at EGC and shines light again to violate 1st Amendment and cause pain to EGC's eyes

    EGC: Get that light off me now

    Cop continues to violate 1st Amendment and cause pain to EGC's eyes by shining it at him

    EGC: does commentary into video about angelton pd and being tyrants.

    No talking for some time.

    Then second cop arrives.

    2nd cop walks toward EGC, but then turns to walk to 1st cop.

    Both cops have a quick conversation. (Probably conspiring to violate the law further.)

    Both cops then walk over to EGC. 2nd cop to arrive goes to place him under arrest.

  33. Clear cut contempt of cop charge cause he hurt their feelings. Interference is a physical obstruction, but of course, they know this, but have it out for poor John. The way the impound lot behaved and treated him and others was completely uncalled for, hope they lose their contract.

  35. John had many more subs at one time, He and Patric stole some money it seems and he lost subs. The light was not shined in his eyes as all he had to do is move just a little and the cop did not follow him with the light.

  38. I didn’t look thru all the comments, but when will people learn to hold the camera the correct way. I know it sounds petty. It’s not a hard thing to understand.
