9. The older officer Kuncas needs to be removed from service. All these officers need to be disciplined. I watched this on Soloyaker's feed. When this is thrown out, and it will be, I hope he goes there and fishes on a regular basis, and wins a nice fat paycheck for the incompetence of every officer involved.

18. Just like Bal Harbor and what is happening to Micheal Taylor. That place is nothing but a big HOA with rich people living there that has influence on the city. Bal Harbor from what I have read if you call the police dept or city they are telling people that all fishing is closed due to Covid19. However they also have it in there https://www.balharbourfl.gov/bal-harbour/coronavirus . Can I fish from the Jetty? The Jetty and the beach are closed for fishing until further notice. Also in there "Covid19 rules: Can I fish from the Beach? No, fishing is not permitted from either the Beach or the Jetty. They have not updated there Covid19 rules to reflect the governors executive orders nor are they in compliance with the ADA(What activities are not permitted on the Beach? (9) No dogs/pets on the beach. They did not make an exception for persons that have a disability and use a service animal(dog).

    But the issue I have is all of the lying he’s doing. Pulling nonsense right out of his ass. When cops can lie and lie and lie you can get anyone slipped up and then they will put you in cuffs. Sure he can beat it in court but the problem is you’d have to go to court 2-6 or so times costing you money in the meantime.
