We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Is not free, I have watched just over the last week, people being chased off beaches in the US, people being chased off and threatened with arrest for just playing basketball on a basket ball court because they can't prove they live near there, you're Country is a Dictatorship that's under the radar, I live in a Country that I can cross the road whenever I want without fear of a fine, go to the beach with as many buddies as I want and drink all night, play basketball in any County, walk freely, but if this is the future it sure is Hell coming to my land eventually.

  14. That's a good point, children act on their feelings. It seems like there were several children in the post office wearing postal uniforms and presuming to have authority. It seems like giving any person these days even the tiniest bit of authority or the presumption of authority they go absolutely ape shit with it. Neither supervisor was interested in the law posted in their own lobby. The younger supervisor wasn't even aware that poster 7 existed, which makes you wonder how she became a supervisor. I guess supervisor of snowflakes doesn't really require much in the way of intelligence, emotional maturity, common sense, knowledge of the rules and regulations governing behavior at her place of work, or simply acting like an adult. This comment was made before the police showed up because the postal employees were quite comical enough. I will comment again if the police behavior warrants it.

  25. Audit the Audit featured one of your post office visits and pointed out the FPS isn't solely responsible for law enforcement on Post Office property. I'm sure you've read up on the law, thoroughly, but you might check again. The law seems to read that local police have authority within their town or city. Good audit btw; missed you guys these past weeks.
