It seems like a great reason to get an injunction to have the officer removed. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm asking if that's the case.

i watched the full original video several times yesterday. had to take it in bits because my blood pressure was going crazy sky high. not only did hodson's behavior infuriate me, but the other officers failing to intercede was equally egregious. every single one of them should be included in the lawsuit.

I saw this yesterday on PressNH Now's channel and it really pissed me off the way this Hodson guy put his hands on Mark & how the rest of these clowns had his back. Ive never wanted to see a lawsuit so bad in my life. They need to learn a major lesson. Should be a slam dunk. Cant wait for an update.
