11. Seems to me, he would have been looking towards the direction of potential traffic flow!
    But, it was an accident! "Chirping" is not a siren! This is where you would expect a loud "warble" tone!
    I live near a busy intersection and I hear sirens all the time…

And by chirp he means the siren is sounding and he hits the switch to were it does a different siren tone, the siren can stay on the entire time, but when you get to a intersection some officers like to change the tone to grab other vehicles attention. Myself personally I don’t bother switching siren tones I just stay with the same one throughout emergency traffic.

It’s this way to me personally, if you don’t wear a badge you are the enemy. When they pull someone over that person is a automatic suspect. Interacting with a cop, is like playing Russia roulette. There no telling if your are going to make it away, from a traffic stop not being beating beyond recognition shot and sadly hopefully not true, not here no more. Psychopaths apply to become cops because they have lawyers without out of pocket pay, crooked supervisor’s supports their dirty actions and afterwards promote them. Releasing those murderous animals out on the streets among innocent not armed people. What’s the use of a cop? WeTP, must continue the peaceful legal fight against tyranny.
