We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. “I didn’t need your money.”
    “Then why’d you give it?”
What a dirtbag. Ungrateful piece of trash. Remember his face everyone. Never offer him help ever again.

  2. I film trains on my main channel. I was filming a train in Ohio. The crew stopped the train and walked over to get my license plate number and called the cops on me. I was on a public sidewalk

  3. YOU DID WHAT? I AM SO SORRY YOU WAS TREATED LIKE THAT AFTER YOU WAS SO KIND TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL ONE DAY NEED SOMEONE TO BRING HIM A GLASS OF WATER. I AM SO SORRY.

  4. Why you throw the 100$ in his face like that you nasty for saying that to him especially on camera and than you tell him he deserves to be where he’s at and he’s gonna be homeless for the rest of his life man you’re a fkn loser only put on a show for the camera you’re a grimy fuck if you’re so much better then him you would of let that go without making fun of him and calling him out and yah he was in the wrong but you did no better clown

  5. This video was pathetic 🤦🏻‍♂️ is the man upstairs gonna take away 2021 lock down and this so called virus errrrrrm no of course not case closed, couldn't believe you harassed this man into a hand shake why couldn't you just walk away he clearly wanted nothin to do with you all for YouTube views so embarrassing

  6. LOL! The police saw you, then the hairs and the back of their head raised, and said, "Oh No, Not Him!" then left.

  7. @amagansettpress Hey sir, I dont know you but it would be an HONOR to meet you and shake your hand! I think you are an ABSOLUTE model to follow! This country needs people JUST LIKE YOU! The United States of America is EXACTLY what you represent. You should see your way to Bergen County, NJ! I dont have the knowledge of the law as you do but I do know that what you do is WHY folks migrate to this land! BECAUSE WE ARE A FREE COUNTRY! It’s why I am proud to be a part of this beautiful country. I commend you and I hope you keep on going! You have a friend and patriot here with you!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA and I hope I meet you and Ben one day.

  8. What the problem really is is he wanted you to hand him $100 apparently every time you see him you hand him $100 this time you have a camera and no cash so he thinks you've been buttering him up to put him in some kind of movie and make your money back so it offended him because he wanted and expected $100 instead of a camera in his face….
most likely Jason did come down here to film the guy he says this homeless gentleman is either at the post office or at the train station most days odds are Jason went to the post office first he was most likely looking for content and the Boost ratings on his channel and if he wasn't willing to let people know about his charity he would have never said nothing anyways he would have just evaded the gentleman apologized and moved on or played it off in a different fashion not the way he did mentioning how he always gave him $100….. personally I think Jason was looking for content and to toot his own horn about handing him money why would he have to tell us the whole story why couldn't he have said he was just charitable to the guy in the past or he could have just said you know who I am without mentioning the charity they obviously know each other Jason overstepped and was looking to get credit for the charity he did most likely and to get people talking about his channel give himself some more credit make himself look good patting himself on the back and help grow the channel….. I'm totally guessing but that's my thoughts

  9. I’d never forget someone handing me $100. I never got that while I was down and out at one point in my life, but I would’ve certainly remembered if I did.

  10. I’m going back through your videos bens a big boy now lol he would whoop my ass lol you got yourself a bodyguard on your audits

  11. I don’t know, Jason. While I commend you for doing the right thing, giving him $, I’m not sure I’d continue to do so, with the attitude you received from him. There’s an old saying, “don’t bite the hand that feeds you. “.

  12. This is why I never give a penny to any of these ungrateful dirtbags. If I ever had a few extra dollars I would give it to my…..family!

  13. does this guy get so much money given to huim that he literally forgets someone who gave themn6 $100 bills on different occasions. No wonder these guys spit at you when you give them a few bucks LOL

  14. Any nice thing you ever did for him you just negated by your passive aggressive behavior. He has no where to go so respect when he asks you to leave him alone. You want to give him hope, but when you get triggered you tell him his life is never going to get better because of his attitude. Disappointing.

  15. I felt that “some
People commute” comment in my gut.

Worked in Manhattan in the federal building for a few years, lived in southern Jersey. Commuted 5 days a week, between the train and subway it was about 2 hours each way.
