We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. You know Jason it's not the right thing to do if u don't want to explain to someone what u are doing is your choice. that's the problem with this world everyone feels it's their business what u are doing. myself and my 75 year old mom work a market in our area on Sundays we start at 4am and pack up at 9am and it's amazing how many people ask us why we are packing up and leaving at 9 a.m because they think it's too early because they pack up at 11 or 12 it drives me crazy how people think it's their business why we pack up and leave when we want. I take my elderly mom to the market because that's what she loves doing but because we pack up and leave early people think it's their right to ask us why we are leaving.

  14. What a strange angry looking man parking in front of you because he wanted to stare at you? He looked like he was increasing his blood pressure and decreasing his life span for a reason only he must know (but it’s possible he doesn’t even know why he does it😀).

You should video your bank from public and then if she says there’s private information that you could see and you ask can I see that private information from where I am in public and if she says yes then give watchmen your information and then sue them for admittedly letting your information out to the public

  18. I cant imagine, EVER going around the streets and either telling them, they annoy me, for ANY REASON what so ever, or demanding to know, why they are at the street, park, post office or city hall and make them to explain themselves… It is just wrong.

  19. It's so interesting to observe the people who walk right by like you's are invisible, verses the ones who start arguing and having a fit. It's definitely something to do with personality traits. Extroverts vs introverts, pessimists vs optimists, curious vs unconcerned.

  32. It’s hypocritical when people don’t want to be on camera decide to walk right up to the camera and say I don’t want to be recorded. If they are that uncomfortable of being on camera then stay far away from it as possible and also they should stay at home because you are being recorded all the time by government cameras but they never complain about those. I think it’s foolish to walk up to a camera if they don’t want to be recorded because as soon as they walk in front of it they basically just put themselves on camera anyway.
