The last thing someone wants when they are feeling stressed is a camera in their face documenting their misfortune for hundreds of thousands to see. While people are within their rights to film publicly, common sense and decency should also be applied, and it should be recognised that part of living in a society is learning to read the feelings of other individuals.

Traffic stop first amendment filming of cops is more explosive than "safely" filming federal buildings and post offices. Here, the cops are generally more corrupt and tyrannical with a higher percentage of violating your 1st and 4th amendment rights, hand cuffing, arresting, and then illegally hauling you off to jail if you don't ID. You better put an extra set of diapers on if you are gonna start filming traffic stops!
