Officers spotted a man talking to himself, so they decided to cross over to the other platform, not knowing that CPU was in the area and spotted these officers putting on Thier Gloves and were going over there with the intentions on searching and detaining the man for no reason other than the fact that he has emotional issues, these issues did not rise to the level of concern, enough to where these officers needed to go see him, as you can see that they did not engage with him because CPU was present filming the whole altercation….ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE.
