So the tint laws very from state to state. In WV only k9 police vehicles can have dark tint.
Why are officers allowed to be ignorant of the law, and have qualified immunity to protect them. But when it comes to us citizens the state always says to us ignorance is no excuse for the law. Wtf sense is that shit?!

JMA You were wrong when you stated the officer wasn't responsible for the car. The police will even tell you that if you are the driver of a vehicle you are responsible for any and all safety, mechanical and licensing violations.
