1. Uhmmmmmmmmmmmm…… no??? What a police officer is doing will eventually become public record.. but at the instance of happening it is an investigation and they don't have to tell you anything. Now that aside, the cop in the car didn't mind telling them I think, but the other cop was just a bit of a dick.

I would have told that weasley moron that we are FOR the police, in that we are decreasing the likelihood that they will have to worry about lawful retaliation from citizens based on the actions of the officers who are in violation of their oaths. I know it's a mouthful, but it's absolutely true.

   The more officers we hold accountable, the less officers there will be who violate citizens' rights, leading to a significant decrease in the chance that citizens will end up fighting back against what they see as a hostile government.

   Why didn't you call him out specifically on the blatant violation of the vehicle owner's Fourth Amendment rights? I understand that you know what you are doing, so I'm only asking to clarify it in my own mind. If that had been me, I would have called him out immediately. Would that have been a mistake in that situation?

9. Two stripes is P3, they can promote to that usually after three years service. But some choose to stay as P2 for longer. So there are officers with ten years or more service still at P2.
   P3 is often a training officer, where as in this case two P2s working together with equal seniority and rank. A P3 usually works with a P1.

10. i had lapd port police come up to me Monday on the docks when we walked off the job supporting a picket line. i just stared at him not saying a word til he walked away.
