City council members should be required to pass a test on Robert's Rules of Order before their application to be a council member is accepted.

But the important take away guys is the simple fact that these are the type of morons, all over America, running our local governments, causing tremendous pain to our communities. This is the same city council group that had an issue between Commisioner Hardy, and the Mayor a while back. Can't remember what it was about though, but Commisioner Hardy was yelling at the Mayor, and she ran off into her office. She seems like a real bitch!
