8. I find cops DO NOT RESPECT when people say I DO NOT CONSENT A SEARCH. people will yell no say get out an other but they still go an do what they want. I think the first policy would be if you think you are being followed then stop in safe place and either lock your doors or get out an lock your doors behind you. I have sern many many tkmes where cops were able to open the doors because they were not locked. Just sedn a man got search for a non violation because his doors were open.

17. something that seems to completely gum up the police is to give consent to search, then rescind it the moment they start. Now if a search continues, anything small found can reasonably argued to be planted during an unconstitutional activity. If your record shows you did not grant consent, it is a lie. Request that a third party comes out to do any search.

If I was the Las Vegas PD I would be very afraid of them coming up there cuz I have a feeling or shark and Tom zebra are going to be up in Vegas a lot more trying to teach those officers what they can't do. Also the LAPD should be paying these guys for how they've trained their officers over the past few years I can't even believe the difference on how they're treating them compared to what they were three years ago. 31. Would the following be of some help to you in the future?
    Unless a policeman is LAWFULLY investigating a crime on behalf of another man (male/ female) the THEY are only engaging in a LEGAL encounter…in other words, nothing more than a BUSINESS MEETING!
    Would it not be a good idea to be politely and firmly placing them under your notification that you charge $500 per hour for YOUR time and also $500 for YOUR performance? after all, are you not already paying them for THEIR time and THEIR performance? so there is nothing unusual about using the right-of-subrogation!
    So if they are asking you to `GIVE me your name`- `STEP out of your car`-STAND over there` etc., now you can answer `Yes, certainly just as soon as you pay me to do so, and because we have NO CONFIDENCE with you administrating our trust, payment must be immediate`
    This way, you are NOT refusing to comply/obey their orders/commands/requests but instead you are now eager to answer/perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with YOU immediately.
