unhealthy eat habits among cops is a serious issue, the amount of junk food they consume is obvious. They should also care about their love life, and stop hogging all of the dick donuts.

Reynolds of LAPD is just the same as punk ass Rodriquez. My heart goes out to the family of Alton Sterling from Baton Rouge for their loss by cowards like Reynolds.

  4. I got a theory for you Ricky, how can a homeless person be charged with drinking in public, when the public space is their home since they are homeless???

Gotta issue those low-level infraction tickets which brings in high fines, which the system hopes most will become warrants, which then will help keep those jails at 90% plus filled, which will then bring in more State and Federal funding, which helps to expand the Police State and high paid tax-funded government jobs.

  6. Boom, now explore into cameras around your car, prove that they lied, show them your encounter earlier and make them homeless with no job.

  7. Why is it wrong for you to temporarily leave your car on the red curb to unload something as part of your job, but Ok for the cop's to temporarily park on the red to write you a ticket as part of their job? They are doing the exact same thing.

    The irony is that cops often snicker, roll their eyes and scoff upon seeing Munday or Zebra holding a camera recording their actions. Like, "Don't you have anything better to do?"

    Have the cop's ever LOOKED IN THE MIRROR? Does it ever dawn on the police that police duties of writing homeless tickets, looking for expired tags, catching someone with a beer in a bag, making sure a drivers wheels come to a complete stop, etc…are less important to the then what the city garbage man does? Do they see themselves saving the people by having shootouts with ISIS everyday… when they harrass the most harmless and helpless living on the streets.

    On the other hand, people like Munday, Zebra and countless others really do risk their own freedom (and sometimes more) every day when they go out to in record and documents the abuses of armed and dangerous public officials. This is an extremelyimportant service to their cities and helps to hold those in power accountable.

    Compare the importance of cop watcher work to the importance of harrassing the homeless and ask yourself… who should be scoffing at who?

  9. Reynolds was hired to write tickets to homeless people. That"s his job. The tax paying tourist and business owners on the beach complain to the mayor to do something about the homeless. You showed in your old video the selective enforcement for open container laws. Once the warrants are issued they can put them in the jails and off the beach. The only way to help them is to urge them not to drink near the establishments. Its ok to feel bad for the homeless but these guys are laying on the ground in front of a place that serves food and nobody is buying the food. Imagine if they laid in front of your tattoo shop and nobody came in because they went to the shop where no homeless people were out front. Reynolds was told he could work on the beach look at girls in bikinis and get paid well so long as he tickets homeless people and leaves the tourist alone. Eventually Reynolds will slow down if his conscience gets to him and he will be replaced by someone else. The cops in Philly are rounding up all the homeless because there is a Democratic Convention at the end of the month.

  11. Ricky, the police are required to make x number of contacts each month.  (Quota)  The courts don't screw with homeless broke people, because that is an expense to the system. The courts want to go after people with money, because that is what pays the bankers bills and wages of the court's personnel.  The city has huge debts to the bankers and the courts and police are every cities cash cow. Good job…

  13. +Ricky Munday It's hard to believe that the L.A.P.D.. actually admitted that one of their own did wrong in that shooting last year, that is without the previous knowledge that the D.A. already was in on it; that he/she would not pursue an investigation. I think that was all set up beforehand to make the L.A.P.D. look better to the public for their already tainted public image. That's probably why nothing has been done about it. Always look out for their tricks.
