  1. Come on Laura – how are these private secure residential incarceration establishments and their attendant security gangs, expected to thrive and survive when their lifeblood, weed possession convictions, are abolished. Won't someone think about the man(and women) children?

  4. remember, our VP led in convictions for pot.
    and i think i heard something about SF re-illegalizing smoking fentanyl in public recently, so even legal drugs are probably being looked at closer by the corrupt and tyrannical government enforcers.

  6. Freedom through legislation is always an illusion. It's intended to look like "more freedom" while actually just being the latest style trend of shackle and chain fashion.

  8. I'm not sure I understood what you meant, what exactly are they using to re-criminalize possession? I believe you I just wasn't sure what the concern was exactly.

  9. Truly messed up. Crooked blue line gang needs to be investigated. Yet it seems even the FBI hasn’t done anything to the LA sheriffs department. We have cop watchers documenting. We see it yet people in power are doing nothing.

  13. I knew that was the case when they said it was illegal to drive while High on Marijuana. Because if you are a Marijuana smoker there is no Toxology test like Alcohol to determine if you are High or not and Marijuana stays in your system for 3 months.
    So now all they have to say is they smell Marijuana when they pull you over and they can search your car and arrest you on Bullshit Charges like they doing.

  16. Cops have to have RAS to pull a car over after leaving a bar, how are they allowed to harass someone leaving a hemp shop? Should be the same RAS. If the product is still in a closed bag they should not be able to do anything.
