By the time that I could get up to the car they only had the driver handcuffed and in the placed Him in the backseat of patrol car. One of the undercover deputies were police officers vent on handcuffed him and put him in the black Chevy Malibu where it looks like they are going over statement forms. Typically in a police situation like this what you’re doing securing an informant instead of charging him or her with a crime your van with a condition of assistance going to either destroy and no prosecute the evidence or write a ticket for the offense instead of take him to jail
