Noticed this stop going down while pulling up for gas. I paid first to secure a service contract and establish jurisdiction of the public parking. After questioning officer who approached me asking if I had any questions. He tries to make it appear as if I was asking for the detainees personal information when I clearly only asked WHY they were being detained. Then as I was getting ready to approach the detained man and woman this Santa Monica pig cuts me off, could have ran me over- intentionally of course. I asked the woman why they were being detained she replied, “they have nothin better to do.”
