Watch the video again and you will see the marked police car. the law in New York states that a car with lights and an officer wearing a badge can stop you. The car does not need police written down the side to be marked

Something that really bothers me about many of the cops I see in these and other audits is how quick they are to put their hands on people an property that isn't theirs. Why is Bartelme touching the guy's door and side mirror? I'll tell you why. It's because they think they own everyone and it's a subtle attempt to control the environment and people within it.
I wouldn't let anyone else search me, ask for my personal information, or touch my property, why would I let the cops outside of being suspected of a crime? It's weird.
