Kenneth Mead has terrorized Joshua Martinez and his family for years over petty charges, while neglecting to get answers for the victims, and families of victims from the Vegas shooting.

    FTP ACAB one bad apple ruins the whole bunch! All these police problems have gotten worse not better. I feel like we are losing the war. What kind of world are we leaving our kids? One full of tyrants, lies, and corruption. They soon may have no rights! We are all in danger in this country. We have to put our differences aside and protect our constitution and our bill of rights. Nothing else matters until we have secured all of our rights!

  18. IMO you're correct James they are trying to provoke acts of violence. Not just with Mr Martinez, with every poor person in the country. Not sure how familiar you are with "Philip Dru Administrator" it's a book written in fiction. That really could be looked at as prophetic, if the person that wrote it wasn't a government insider. The next thing to come true is a civil war. They are working very hard to create a race war in this country. Almost all of looting situations in the last couple years were started by the police or someone with police ties. The storming of the capital had police and military officers involved. The government (the Crown) is masterful in its craft of ruling. They know people and how to control, motivate, manipulate, and shun people to bend them to their will. The true fight is not doing what they want us to do and knowing what that is.

  20. You’re telling me rapist are walking the streets with absolutely no Consequences but yet this man is in jail with 1mil bond? I went to go speak to a detective with messages from a rapist admitting to drugging & raping & was laughed at & told the rapist would have to be asked to confess before they’d do anything but this poor innocent man gets to suffer the consequences of those who truly deserve it.

  25. Hurt people hurt other people and this sounds like someone in this YTV is caught up in their feelings not knowing how to separate work and their personal feelings. Had I did this in all my 25 years of military service I would've been hurt forever dealing with what We Veterans had to deal with 24/7 365dpy The laws are meant to be obeyed and upheld not bent to make you feel as if your invincible and can ruin other people's life because your life is in shambles & falling apart right in front of your personal fictitious world!

  27. Welcome to the system. I ended up on Homeland Security's Watchlist once, for a year, for a fb post that I shared. It wasn't even mine to begin with. It took me forever to even figure out that I was on it. It, officially, started out with FB telling me that I had so many days (idr how many exactly, now.) to present them with 3 forms of gov't issued picture ID (which I don't have 3 of to begin with) or they were going to shut down my account permanently. I didn't think they'd actually do it, tbh. I sent them a copy of my ID that I had very poorly tried to alter🙄 (dumb idea) & told them it was all I had. They, of course, did not accept it. Only, like every thing else, they didn't tell me that. They did send me another list of acceptable form of ID that I did not possess. I thought I skated thru when they didn't shut my FB acct down by the deadline or even a week later. So I shrugged it off. Until they eventually DID shut it down. 1st they kicked off all international access to my FB page (not my personal wall) & then shortly after they shut that down altogether. A bunch of weird shit happened along the way. (Even my own mother said she wouldn't have believed me except that she had seen everything that happened with her own eyes). They issued another warning about the pending shut down if I didn't provide the ID wanted. Then they shut down my ability to comment or post to FB at all. I panicked & tried to download all my photos but it was too late. I no longer had access to my account. You could search me out by name (I logged on to a couple of my family's accts) but you couldn't send me a friend request or post on my wall or send me a DM, you could simply see the acct was there and then eventually not even that. As mad as I was I didn't know what to do about it. Then to make matters even better I was denied a job due to issues with passing a background check, something that I have never had trouble with and have to do regularly just to maintain my license. I had been working with the employment office to help find a job because I had moved from out of state and needed to transfer my license & renew my CPR card which isn't available to civilians where I lived and so therefore wasn't available to me since I couldn't pass the background check. That's how I found out that I was on Homeland Security's Watchlist. My case worker at the employment office got on to me about paying for some of my things because they wouldn't have if they had known I wouldn't pass that check. I told her, of course, that I didn't know I would fail, as I had never done so before & have them done no less than once a year. She did some searching and found out about what all I've been talking about and said she'd never seen anything like it before. It affecting my ability to work was just so beyond anything I could even comprehend, especially since my fb acct has never been in my real name. I have never heard anyone even almost talk about getting in trouble over a fb post before this video, really. Except fb jail. Which I've never seen extend beyond 30 days for anyone. I had even tried contacting attorneys to try and figure out what to do about it but no one would take me on as client because there aren't a lot of laws (at least not then, idk about now🤷) about online related issues like mine & because no formal charges of any kind had been filed they didn't know who to contact or what to do about it. And because it was homeland security who put a hold on my ability to work I wasn't even able to file for unemployment or food stamps or anything, which was a lot of fun with having a small child no child support. I had no idea what to do. I ended up losing my house and everything we had and moving back in with my parents. I had no idea what to do. I started looking for work at Mcdonald's, walmart, anything that didn't require background checks but, like I said- they revoked my right to work. Places I applied all said the same thing… They couldn't hire me until I cleared it up. They also wouldn't give me any information about how they came to know whatever they knew. I've never felt so hopeless as I did then. Hell, I've been working my entire life (since I was 12)- never even filed unemployment,) so I legit didn't know what to do. I eventually started a new fb (same name as before) and went on. I found a way to become my own employer eventually (thankfully) and then one day- about a year after it all began- my mom noticed that you couldn't even search my old acct out. I could no longer see it, it wasn't connected by any of my.old friends and so I tried to log into it an bam! I was able to! Shortly there after I started looking for work again and was suddenly able to pass my background checks as tho nothing had ever happened in the 1st place. All my pictures and everything are still there. Now I'm super careful about what I say online and for the most part I don't use it much. Here soon I'm going to take FB off my mobile devices, long enough to print my pictures all off so I have actual copies of them. The download files options fb offers doesn't always work otherwise I'd be done. So as soon as I'm able to print them all off I'm shutting off all my social media accts and I'm done. And even now- it's been years since I've been in "trouble" for fb posts- my pages are all dead anyway- but I still can't post anything I want. They don't give me the option to post and then go to fb jail.or a violation- they tell me immediately it violates one of their rules and they make me either edit or discard on the spot. They never did carry thru with insisting I give them ID either tho. It just went away and I was able to keep it under my fake name. 🤷 So idk. But fuck FB. Social media is a fucking joke. You can talk about rainbows and kittens but anything else is a waste of your time. Fuck them and zuckerberg

POlice in the U.S. are a major problem and the system needs a big overhaul it was never intended to protect the cops or the system. but the system had been feeding off the people. we are treated like walking A.T.M. machines for the system. and the cops are Robot attack dogs for the state. its open season citizens, esp. those that make a stand for their rights . Cops have declared war , and just ready to jump gung ho on anyone that looks at them cross eyed .

  32. If you're going to take a stand, I applaud you, but do so in a way that's classy. Josh's meme was in bad taste, and listening to him speak to the judge, should be a wake up call that if you're on their radar, be smart about it.

  38. I come from a long line of Chicago cops, my uncle was killed on duty way back in the day, he always said if they turn there back to cops Committing crime then they are absolutely complicit

  39. In 2010, the Miami Beach city commission was considering an ordinance requiring a permit for public 'street performance', which they defined as playing an instrument, singing, or whistling melodically.
    When they opened public debate, I cited Cook v Seattle and King County, WA, 1992, where the US Supreme Court ruled that "Street performance is a form of panhandling, which is a first amendment right and cannot be regulated."
    I told them, "3 of the 5 of you are attorneys. There is precedent with the Florida Bar that disbarment proceedings have been brought against members who are also lawmakers and who have voted for bills they knew to be unconstitutional prior to voting for them, for violating the oath they took when they joined to uphold the Constitution. If any of the 3 of you who are attorneys vote for this ordinance, I will petition the Bar to initiate such proceedings against you."
    The ordinance passed unanimously.
    As I left the commission chambers, I was stopped by a police captain who demanded my ID and trespassed me from city hall for threatening 3 commissioners.
    My daughter lives in Canada. When I tried to visit her 2 months later, I was not allowed to board the plane because I was told I was on the no-fly list. I contacted the FBI to find out why, and was told I had threatened several different elected officials.
    I filed in Federal court to have my name removed from the list, and they wouldn't hear the case because they said I had no legal standing to bring the suit.
    I am still on the list, and now have 3 grandchildren I have never seen.
    Having never been convicted of anything except for traffic violations, I cannot legally purchase or possess a firearm.
    That's one reason I started auditing.
    I fully understand what Josh is going through because I've been through a similar thing myself.
    Look at what happened to David in Laporte the other day.
    There is no right to freedom of speech. There is no right to due process. There is no right to bear arms. There is no right to petition for redress of your grievances.
    Corrupt judges protecting corrupt politicians and corrupt cops.
    Our Constitution is shot to shit.
    BTW the Florida Bar never initiated disbarment proceedings against any of the 3, and the city commission has passed several other blatantly unconstitutional ordinances, including a curfew so that you can now be arrested for being in public between 8pm and 6am.
