28. I was strip searched several times in front of a camera at the Clackamas country jail a few years back. It was right in front of a viewing window so if any guests were in the jail to do church or anything they would see. Out of the 9 or ten times I was strip searched in front of the window and on camera I think maybe 3 times civilians were walking by. It was very embarrassing and unnecessary.
