3. It is mind boggling to me that "in this day and age" so many government, and even private companies, will tell you to go to their website for information or give you a phone number that goes to somebody in the same building when you are there in person.

7. In louisiana we have a lot of state funded no kill shelters. and that is the it should be. Unless you live in Korea. Dog was not that bad in the 70's.

And people who can't place a litter of kittens without taking them to the kill shelter, are f'n lame. They'll keep killing new batches of kittens, but never bother to get the mother spayed.
