1. The problem here is LAPD knowingly and purposely violates California public record laws. Arrest/booking logs are public information and SHALL be released to the public onsite. The only two departments that refuse to comply with the law are LAPD and LA County Sheriffs. All other agencies that I have visited produce the logs immediately upon request. Laura is 100% right and the LAPD goon is completely wrong.

25. Same issue I was told. First I was told I wasn’t privy to that info. I had the law with me. They panicked and said it would take days to set it up in order. Which then I said ‘so you’re non-compliant of public records’. They argued that they weren’t even though the law says they were.
