Officers never learn, as we all suspected that nearly all officers are mentally unstable and unfit for Duty….Like this Officer, for him to be blocking my camera, and after all the issues surrounding filming police, this Officer must either be retarded, or he just likes to be on Camera looking like a Dick!!
