NYPD officers try to enact social distancing on the 149th Street Grand Concourse subway platform in the morning on a black kid that was just standing waiting for the subway, despite the subway station being crowded with people, officers usually use these methods of social distancing to Target individuals like this brother here, all he did was tell the officers that there was no way that he could social distance himself from other people on that subway station because they were too many people so the officers decided to grab him arrest him and charge him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest any of the time when people are arrested for those offenses it’s usually when nothing even existed to arrest a person #NYPD #mta #subway
