BOSTON — Massachusetts’ highest court gave Suffolk District Attorney Rachael Rollins a win Monday by supporting her in a dispute with a judge over charges against several counterprotesters who were arrested during a “straight pride” parade in the city on Labor Day weekend.

Judge Richard Sinnott had refused to accept the Commonwealth’s request not to prosecute a defendant in one case and held their attorney in contempt of court for arguing case law in support of the state’s position.

  1. That's nice she came out about some piece of shit judge, but she herself is a huge piece of shit that has no respect at all for the 2nd Amendment and other rights. 🤷‍♂️

  2. Amagansett Press, don't get involved with Accountability for All. He is the definition of a scumbag. Multiple arrests for violent felonies. He is just a cop hater looking for clicks. He cares nothing about the 1st Amendment and our rights. He just gets off on yelling at cops because he can. Stay away from him if you value your credibility. You have a respectable channel.

  3. Judges should be liable to prosecution, and judged on their performance. They affect the lives of others when they have NEVER experienced what the defendant has lived through. For example: Judges will condemn a mother because she stole food for her child, or convict someone for using excessive force whilst defending themselves, when they (the judge) have never experienced such a situation. It is all too easy to judge in a courtroom what someone SHOULD have done in a situation of life and death.

  4. Conservative judges…. LOL….. Does anyone remember when one of the Republican Party's talking points was, "We need to remove activist judges?" And, it turns out, those judges don't give a crap about the 1st, 4th or 5th amendment of the Constitution. Let alone the Bill of Rights. If the police bring a perp in, he is guilty and if the protester brought before the judge has differing opinion, philosophy, gay, or is non-Christian, the judge wants them locked up for life. Seems to me, that's the definition of an "Activist Judge."

  5. Off subject… as the only "auditor" on YouTube that has any brains and actually seems like you care and not just on here to get hits and con people… how do you honestly feel about people like auditing America and that new little skinny cronie that follows him around and is always screaming about the first amendment… and the biggest duche Josh abrams…?

  6. Rollins made the rounds on Talk radio, including Howie Carr's show and Jeff Kuhner's show. She's more interested in politics than protecting the public at large and/or public safety.

  7. This is why every government job that is around now needs term limits. No judge should be for life. Every 4 years we vote for all judges and after 3 terms which is 12 years go do something else. Be a Municipal court judge then a state supreme court judge then SCOTUS Judge.

  8. Again, all the Leftards commenting on this video who are completely ignorant spouting lib drivel. Cops need to obey the law but so do everybody else

  9. This lady is refusing to prosecute a Antifa terrorist and the judge refused to allow the charges be dropped as was done in the Juicy Smollet case in Chicago. Kudos to the judge 👍😬👍

  10. d.a. practicing social justice.
antifa counter protesters are allowed free speech, first ammendment auditors practicing free press are held without bail.

wonder if a racial component exists or political one….

  11. Rollins isn't clean herself.. letting someone cop out to lesser charge for putting someone in the hospital with a brain injury because that's safe for public safety what she claims she's doing. Letting someone avoid prison time that was caught with heroin, pills & a child in the car when the person already had previous drug charges with heroin..

  12. I appreciate your work championing people's rights, but under law.. Duties always precede Rights (ie; duties have more power than rights, when exercised), it would be great if you could start to educate your viewers about exercising their Duties under the constitution as well as their rights(?!)
I used to know several judges and when I were able to get them all together down at the lodge, I would ask them about their thoughts on civil cases where someone was arguing for their rights, and they would often say.. "As soon as we hear people shouting 'I know my rights!', we know they've already lost.. The day we start hearing people saying, 'I know my Duties, my Rights.. And more importantly, I know all of yours too!'… Will be the day that many judges, politicians and persons of office will suddenly retire and the day that the establishment might actually start to be concerned about the masses!".
I've asked many constitutional auditors, truther channel hosts and people's rights defenders to focus on the peoples Duties too as, they would have far more power within law and the state, but sadly none of them seem to care and continue to give full attention to peoples rights… Which I don't understand, especially as knowing and exercising ones duties would empower people far more than, just exercising their rights.
One of the main reasons corrupt police, politicians etc.. get away with so much is because, so long as they can demonstrate that they were performing their duties (even if they were doing something illegal..), they will get away with it, because Duties trump Rights every time within the system, the people need to start using this to their advantage too!
Love your work brother, please keep it up and hopefully you will contemplate what I've said(?!)
Have a great day! Peace ✌😎

  13. From the News article:
"Boston police officers are not happy," said Larry Calderone, the vice president of the union, in response to the high court's ruling. "It only puts police officers in more danger and it's insulting."
So the Police Union's opinion is that 'you people' shouldn't have a parade because the police and the counter protesters could get violent. And that would be your fault as well.

  14. lower gov spending 99% and deregualte and FORCE law ssytem to use 99% less money and force them to provide evidence and get taht people lie in groups hearsay from people is bulshit and 500,000 mena re in jail due to hearsay dometic violence hsyteria its all abuot stealing money from citzens mostly white men

  15. I am not American, but I have learnt a lot about your laws and freedoms from you. I appreciate the fact that you can conduct yourself in such a dignified manner even in the most trying of situations. Keep up the great work sir!

  16. Josh violated his bail (felony indictment) May 2019….. This doesn't have anything to do with him. His druggie side kick, Danielle Bugnanno is still scamming people for drug/motel money…..
