  1. He probably spends his entire shift sitting watching that house or anyone in the vicinity hoping that he catches someone in the next 5 years. There is obviously something wrong with him imo.

  2. NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE until cops are held PERSONALLY and FINANCIALLY responsible for lawless actions and illegal acts. False arrest and Criminal Trespass are the two that happen most often

  3. Judges pick up their paycheck at the same payrole window as the cops, Prosecutors, career politicians, and all other leeches and parasites attached to the system. Its a symbiotic relationship that is self controlled and structured to suck the life out of its host (the taxpayer).

  4. Here in the town I live in over 25 years ago a person I new was arrested on a warrant for check fraud so I helped them hire a private attorney and when they got the discovery all of the witnesses were these checks where cashed when shown a picture of the person they arrested said it definitely was not the person who passed the checks and they where still able to get the district attorney to sign a warrant and after the charges were dropped for insufficient evidence I tried to find a attorney to sue them and they all told me that no one sue’s the law enforcement in this county and continues to live here after.

  5. He initiated the stop hoping he would run. When he just pulled over the cops had to try and copslain the violation of rights, good on this guy for recording and following up!

  6. "Where you were coming from there is a lot of drug activity…"
Answer: "Hey man, what you do in your spare time is none of my business, I don't judge."

  7. Two undercover detectives in a high drug area witnessed a convicted dealer randomly walk in front of them. They conducted an illegal search and charged him with dealing. Case was dismissed.

  8. This shit happens alot James. Happens to me a few times a year. Stopped for no reason then written a ticket for something bogus and found after the fact. Like head light being out in broad daylight. Or something stupid like that found after the fact of pulled over or searched illegally. I've paid a few thousand in fines and court cost in 15 years for dumb fines and all stupid illegal stops like this. And forced to pay the fines or lose my license. It's bullshit. The courts know it goes on and still do nothing. This stop not so bad but alot more are it's bullshit. I've even been arrested made to stay in jail til bond posted then go to court and it's all thrown out but still I lost days of my life and a write up in the paper for NOTHING. Back the Blue until it happens to YOU!!!! THERES GOOD COPS BUT A DHIT TON OF BAD ONES WHO WRITE TICKETS AND BREAK LAWS AND OTHERS PAY FOR IT. I SUPPORT JAMES AND APPRECIATE ALL HIS TIME AND EFFORTS.

  9. And cops will have the gaul to say "not all cops are bad", and then go and pull stunts like this. It's a laughable double standard.

  10. The United States has two constitutions: the written constitution in peacetime and a special unwritten constitution in time of war OR NATIONAL EMERGENCY (see last paragraph)

Legal rights are those recognized by government, but they can often be taken away as easily as they are given. Throughout U.S. history, many Americans have sought to protect natural rights with law. Indeed, rights form the core of the American experience. States of emergency can also be used as a rationale or pretext for suspending rights and freedoms guaranteed under a country's constitution or basic law, sometimes through martial law or revoking habeas corpus.

"President extends COVID-19 NATIONAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION beyond March 1:

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause significant risk to the public health and safety of the Nation. For this reason, THE NATIONAL EMERGENCY DECLARED on March 13, 2020, and beginning March 1, 2020, must continue in effect beyond March 1, 2022."

  11. He knew that he was simo,y fishing, and this guy should have never been pulled over in the first place. He's a lazy bastard by fishing for criminals, instead of actually fudging criminals commitiing actual crimes!

  12. Oh, their new favourite excuse – we've seen a lot of……..( fill in as necessary), but they say recently, but it could have been within the last 50 years! This is note reasonable suspicion, this is merely fishing!

  13. We already own that footage on the body cameras, that is the people's footage, and absolutely no charge should ever be rendered for the footage, nor should we ever be denied access to UNEDITED VIDEO WITH AUDIO FOOTAGE, EVER! Nor should they ever be able to turn off or mute their cameras. Their business is Totally, and Always, our business! There is no police foitage that has to do with "National Security," so we should never be denied that footage, for any reason period, including "ongoing investigations!"

  14. The war on drugs is a sick disgusting way to ruin lives. Addicts need help not a broken head for smokin a joint- the sick- drug war is a cover for the real thug drug peddlars working in govt, agencies, oliver north-idiot.

  15. Wow. We have nuclear energy and can go to space but we can't create a police force not forced to create a problem to bump funding. Like it's literally rigged for cops to get funding from finding creative ways to fine or arrest innocent people often leading to death of people simply sleeping in their homes… If a retard like me can comprehend that then so should the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
