I think the only reason this guy wasn’t arrested was because I was there recording.
Please do yourself a favor, and not put the handcuffs on yourself by “explaining” your side of the story. The more you talk, the easier it is for them to find a “reason” to arrest you.

  3. Are you meaning to tell your audience…if they are a victim of a crime (ie. Rape)… and they respond to your screams for help… Are you really advising people not to talk to the police????

  5. Shutting the fuck up ANY and EVERY time you encounter police is your right. Use it. Anything you say can and will be used against you. Cops are just evidence gatherers. It's the DA who uses that for conviction. The less they know, the better the chances. TY for posting this.

  7. Thanks for the shout out. I really do not understand why of all police officers, Sgt Armando, would not get out of the car and avoid being on camera as much as possible. I think everyone had only good things to say about him, we only had nice things to say about him. Yet every time we have seen him since, not only does he not say hello, he goes out of his way to be incognito.

    Sgt Armando, I know you are subscribed, what's up with that?

  10. Always amazes me how people put the rope around their own neck, while they try to 'splain the police something. Luckily, this guy didn't implicate himself in anything. Side note, stay away from rocky racoon, they are not cute and cuddly, they will rip your face off.

  11. The police are not there to be your friend,  They need to make arrests and write tickets, so the city can pays it's debt back to the banks..

  13. The Sgt did not get out of his car because he aware that groups that have claimed opened season on the police. Besides not talking to the police, be sure to stay out of the line of fire!
