I have so many titles for this video, so much dirt went threw the scanner- they claimed shots fired, they claimed 3 people were down but it ended up being a young black man ran from them, thats it. NO gun,no shooting….and he came out without being bitten by the dog. He was smart to wait for all the witnesses and cameras.
