Listen y'all, obviously the idea is in the air that the kid was speeding or racing so that would make it a crime scene. Just saying. It's not all black & white. Cop did lose my respect tho when he said he needed an ID because he was a witness 😂

sounds like it was the guys fault.. he miss judged the distance of oncoming traffic. the oncoming traffic had the right of way, if white shirt guy was making a left turn. UNLESS the on coming car was severely speeding and that can be proven than its white shirts fault… if they find the other guy was speeding than the courts can divide liability. when insurance companies and courts find both parties at fault they give a percentage of fault to each party (for example 40% and 60%) . I think both parties are to blame assuming the oncoming car was speeding.

Jason, don't you know that EVERYTHING is a crime until the cops tell you it's not? In a perfect cop world, there'd be police tape around every auditor so the auditors would know that the world is a crime scene.
I'll be honest I've watched videos of so called constitutionalists prior, and without a doubt this man is the most pleasant and knowledgeable. I am biased when I say I disagree tremendously with how these other "auditors" conduct themselves. They clearly are looking to provoke and antagonize anyone in order to get a reaction and create what I would refer to as a fake victim. This gentleman knows what he is talking about, yes his methods may seem dodgy, but he treats every reaction with respect and is knowledgeable.
