  27. Audits should be completed as such:

    1. Begin filming, record time/date of film and location
    2. Film from public areas
    3. If approached by an officer, be polite, regardless of their tone
    4. If the officer asks what your doing, explain your preforming an audit of fundamental rights
    5. If officer wants clarification, this is your opportunity to educate, explain all reasoning of what/why —–> if you complete these steps the officer becomes passive aggressive, then you have a fail. please don't bate officers into becoming passive aggressive, you lose credibility.

  42. I loathe the OCSD…. Sadly, I have been through this jail, and the way that SOME of the deputies treat inmates is like something you'd see in Venezuela or Fascist China.
