  14. If someone turns around and runs from anyone common sense tells me they are scared, and yes some people are terrified of cops because of one bad interaction. If someone is running away from you and you shoot them. I dont believe thats self defense at all it seems more like a game or something that they always have the upper hand. Out of all these shootings the cop never goes to jail. That is just mathmaticly impossible that they are always cleared for no wrong doing.
