6. Rogue Nation's name is George Metz and he became the architect of his own arrest at 0:48 of his video. Right off to a good start, he's failing to speak when spoken to by an employee of the facility on which he intruded (just barely off the property line is STILL intruding if your conduct impacts those inside the property line).

   The D.O.C. staff member said, "Excuse me" once and "May I help you" twice and ALL THREE TIMES, Mr. Metz failed to put his unnecessary filming aside and pay the attention he owed to the employee.

   That RIGHT THERE is good enough for "Disorderly Conduct" because it's rude. It's also enough for "obstruction" because the D.O.C. had a right to ascertain the general nature of his presence and of his activities.

   Discourtesy is "Rogue Nation's" M.O. and he fails to grasp that "discourteous" can translate to "disorderly".

   He belongs in his cage until he learns some manners.
