23. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Fourth is FAR from an Absolute Right. It can be legislated away. Searches cannot be "Unreasonable;" a rather subjective term such as chasing a felon. OR that a warrant of specificity is issued for that search/and or seizure. It's not as Strong a Right as in the First or even the Second; although States still try to get their grubby paws on those, too, by finagling the 14th, thanks to a foolish SCOTUS, allowing a State's foot in that Federal Constitution's door!
