…And speeding tickets are for "safety". So, pulling over individual drivers and taking about 10 minutes to write a ticket is all about "safety"? Yet, the guy flicked his lights which probably caused at least 30 oncoming cars to slow down and one of those 30 vehicles flicked their lights to the oncoming vehicles. So, at least 60 drivers slowed down with a drivers flickering of his lights which only took one second. While writing tickets can get 6 drivers in an hour max to slow down. But it's all about safety.

Often where I live it's a very rural area tons of deer and you very often have an on coming car flashing headlights because they just passed deer sometimes many if them to warn you.

so, did the cop go to DMV next and give the state worker a ticket for not doing their job correctly? and the car manufacturer for making lights that are capable of flashing? what a colossal POS. and they wonder why I respect cockroaches and headlice infinitely more.
