Titusville Police were working a crash that had the road shut down for over 30 minutes. A few motorist decided to exit the road and try to go around parking areas to make it home. Road Pirate unknown completed a traffic stop, speeding through the same parking lot tax this guy coming home from work. From the looks, all he did was use the shoulder as others tried to do. #Firstamendmenaudit #policewatch

  22. Here in CA you can cut through a parking lot and it's legal. The cops will lie and say it's a traffic violation but you're technically going from public property to private property with public access back to public property.

  33. I swear I counted at least 8 others cutting thru the parking lot, if not more; I need to re-watch the video. How are they able to enforce a traffic violation on private property (maybe I am mistaken and this is a parking lot for a public building, making it a public parking lot). Almost 100% of the time, if the building is private, the parking lot is also private, hence, no traffic violation.

  34. Most jurisdictions it is not legal for a UC car to pull you over for traffic stops without a regular cop car to follow up as there is too many fake cops raping women. The real ones are killing taxing tazing and kidnaping.
    Also the law is that the cop car has to have solid red forward facing red light.
