YOU DON'T NEED A LIC FOR A MOBILITY DEVICE, JUST HOP ONE UP TO GO FAST, THEY ARE NOT LIMITED ON TOP SPEED.
You don't need a license to ride a bicycle. Some municipalities, like Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Long Beach, require the "bicycle" to be licensed. Supposedly to help recover the bicycle if it's stolen, but probably more to do with getting the $3 license fee. And the law states that you can't be ticketed if you're not in your home town, though many cops will give you a ticket anyway (because they care little what the "law" says.)
Amazing ! Laura is working hard to keep the cops in check and some people critique her for the video and audio quality. Just THANK her for being out there!
