  1. Something tells me I might be the kind of guy to break this guy's camera . Annoying Prick is now a career option

  2. The year is 2040 and James has been through all the public offices in America. Because of his work alone, the power tripping authorities are all extremely polite and now serve as tour guides when cameras enter the building. Cupcakes are offered to visitors now, immunizations and masks are not required to own a local business, and we are finally free. Thank you James.

  3. That "Federal Agent" might as well be an impersonator. People should always demand I.D. of people claiming to be federal agents or otherwise coming off as impersonators. Don't be the next James King! *

    * The kid who lost Brownback v King and almost lost his federal police brutality lawsuit

  4. it kills me when I see a cop pretend that a regular civilian could possibly "know the law". like, I know how a plane fly's but I'm not a pilot, or how the body works, but I'm not a doctor. you dont need to be a cop to know laws' dumbass cops, get over yourselves

  5. The brief point you made about working in the private sector if they don't like the public seeing what public servants are doing is 1000% true. They need to realize who they're supposed to be serving and grow a thicker skin about transparency.

  6. Mr Merrick Garland,

  7. You push too hard — you are a part of the problem — not a part of the answer, but you are improving – at least no vulgar language this time – just juvenile name calling and insulting remarks. you may one day be a decent human being yet

  8. Excuse me James, I am the king, no recording. And then the law enforcement officer says, "Unfortunately he is allowed to record" ~ab antiquo Constitution.

  9. I always believe that lowering one's self to name-calling and insults cheapens the interaction. If you always keep to the high road while still firmly defending your rights, then they are the ones being dicks. Calling people names and taunting just to get a reaction sets back our cause.

  10. This almost reminds me of when people found lost tribes went to video or photo them and they didn't want them to because they were afraid their soul was being stolen, I must ask what's being stolen here we're talking no expectation of privacy yet a camera has become as scary to some humans as if you're pointing a gun at them and then armed men who are allowed to shoot to kill under certain circumstances arrive. What have we come to?

  11. Forget about their wife, they MADE that choice . What I am worried about is the poor puppy , he didn't have a choice , nobody talk's about the poor Puppy or dog and I am getting sick of it were is PETA when you need them . I have to go lay down now .

  12. How dare you record people who ask politely "please give up your rights to film people and places in public".. You've got some nerve. Good lord people are soft.

  13. Sees the camera, approaches the camera…then says she doesn't want to be filmed??🤦🏽‍♂️

  14. I appreciate what you're doing, yet I disagree with your methods, although I understand your frustration… still I think you're barking up the wrong tree. come to a city like Chicago, but you don't because you know it's so corrupt you'd be done forever. you're almost hurting the cause in a way. carry on. when you grow a pair and go to the heart of the beast, then I'll subscribe.
