16. You better check your understanding of leases. At least holder has the same protection is private property owner. This happens all the time with public facilities, most stadiums are leased by baseball football teams. They control the facility during that lease period.

19. Jason, you gave up too easily. You had it right and the sheriff had it backwards. They are leasing a building that belongs to the county. Hence, it is public and you are allowed to film there. The building doesn't become private once it is leased like the dumbass officer and the other employees were explaining; it remains public because it is paid by taxpayers.

38. Hi Jason, I don’t know if you read these comments but I watch a ton of 1st amendment audit video and I appreciate the way you conduct your videos. I think meeting cordial with cordial is so important. If at the end of the day education and working together with law enforcement is the goal that’s the best way. If you’re rights are violated then you have to do what is needed to stand up for them. I see a lot of disrespect right off the bat from auditors and I think it just causes a division of citizenship vs cops. Just a general observation and I just thank you.
