So Bennett is claiming if I right a text saying "that was fckn shocking results mate" then I can be jailed for it because he actually used the words convicted which infers a sentence. It what way was anything I wrote a threat to anyone?, language like that can be used for more reasons than just anger, threats, intimidation etc so in cases like that they would have to prove what the actual threat was which is impossible as there is none not to mention I'm pretty sure it's already been stated in law that swearing alone cannot be grounds for arrest as it is a form of expression protected under the constitution unlike "Fck the Cops". It only becomes illegal when a threat of violence is used along with it, I could be wrong but that's my understanding. Am I completely wrong or is that correct, if anyone knows I would appreciate some input. Thanks.
