Everyday people avoid potholes on the street, a common thing especially in New York City where the roads are really fucked up, but in this situation, the officers here used that excuse to pull over black males that were driving in the vehicle to illegally vet them out….Since Stop & Frisk has been reformed, these idiots find other ways to Target people of color and this excuse was the poorest of the poorest…Bunch of Scumbags….
