I just received another video today from a citizen from Harlem @slow_si_most_wanted who was being harassed by PSA6 NYPD Housing Officers while waiting for his mother to come downstairs from her building…It is a NYPD Patrol Guide Violation to be discourtest and disrespectful to the public, however, this female officer felt like she had to curse at him, because he was wondering why the police parked up along side his car and started starring at him and his wife..Officers are predators in our Communities of color and are only there to harass, summons, and arrest..CPU is the only one who has record of this unlawful harassment by the NYPD….. #nypd
