SEE NEWS ARTICLE…. https://photographyisnotacrime.com/2016/01/nypd-cops-tell-man-to-stop-recording-them-writing-him-ticket-for-officer-safety/ This Disabled person was parking his car when Officers arrived and issued him a bogus Summons for Reckless Driving while parking his vehicle, as you can see that his car was perfectly parked….Since this was not a Crime, but an alleged Moving VIOLATION, the guy decided to film the interaction in which this male officer jumped out of his vehicle and approached the guy with threats of arrest because he was filming, and stated that it was for the Officer’s protection that he put his phone away…Meanwhile, he had already gave the female officer’s his License and they were writing him the ticket. The guy fully cooperated with the officers and was only filming his interaction with them for his protection….CPU Is very CONNECTED with this Community and has obtained this footage and filed an complaint on his behalf with the CCRB…..Officer tells the guy he can record but to put his phone away for their safety….WTF is that about….
