Don’t break down on the road in New York City unless you want to get your 4th Amendment Rights violated by the #NYPD …A black man who rides a BMW had stalled on the street in Harlem because of his car battery, Officers show up and instead of helping him, they search his vehicle and run his license plate…the female officer is seen again going into the car and lies about looking for jumper cables, when in fact the driver had told the Officers in the beginning that he did not have cables in his car….officers started to notice that I was filming and decided to help him After 45 minutes of these officers checking his background, licence plate and a illegal search of his vehicle…officers do this in the hopes of finding contraband or some sort of reason to arrest this man, but after all the bullshit, they decided to give this man a jump and send him on his way.
