Earlier this morning during routine Copwatcher patrol in #EastHarlem, I came across 2 PSA5 Housing #NYPD Officers harassing a homeless guy who was just sitting on a public park bench, absolutely bothering noone, however, these 2 pigs had nothing better to do than just to harass a person down on thier luck, instead of helping this man and at least providing some sort of outreach, they just litterly through him out of a public park for no reason other than the fact that this man was Homeless..Sitting on a public park bench is not a crime nor a violation..But when CPU arrived at the scene, it could be seen by the expressions on thier face that they did not like that I appeared out of nowhere filming them…FUCK THEM. #Copwatch #CopwatchNYC #MyNYPD #ACAB #CityHall #EndBrokenWindowsPolicing #HandsOffTheHomeless #NYC #Harlem
