CPU has been noticing to many officers on Post with their personal devices consuming most of their Tour. Officers spend most of their time on these devices and not policing the community, instead, they show up on calls by large numbers to abuse & harass citizens when they are not on their phones….CPU will continue to monitor these officers & will continue to expose their inability to police the community based on them Being on their personal devices which is a NYPD Patrol Guide Violation….These policies are put in place to protect both officers & citizens in the community…what good are they if they spend most of their Tour with their faces stuck into their personal devices. #nypd #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
